"I interviewed five separate realtors looking for the right person to sell my home. Four of the five, were more interested in telling me how their listings sold in 10-days or less. When you asked them at what price point they would propose to list my house, I could see why their listings moved so quickly. They set the list price so low it would be impossible not to sell it in 10-days or less, if I had been dumb enough to play along. Then Lori came to see me. First, she showed a genuine interest in my home, and explained how she would market the house. She listed it at a price point much closer to where I thought it should be, and within a week I accepted and offer. There were a few hitches along the way as my buyer was purchasing my home on contingency and their own sale fell through.
